Online Ticket Sales:

• All ticket sales are final
• Online ticket sales end and will not be available 24 hours prior to the event
  • Online ticket sales stop at approximately 4:00pm the day prior to the event
  • A 6.875% MN sales tax will apply to all ticket sales
• You will receive an e-mail confirmation shortly after purchase
• Tickets will not be sent out, your name will be on a list at the Will-Call desk when you arrive.
• There you will find a seating chart, so you will know which table you’ll be seated at.
• Northern Lights Ballroom & Banquet Center, Inc. will not be liable or responsible for cancellations of events out of its control. In the event that the NLBBC, Inc. becomes unavailable out of its control, such as power outages, inclement weather, fires, ext. we limit to a refund of the money given for the amount of each ticket sold, or if the event has been rescheduled you have the option to attend the event on the rescheduled date.

Premium Seating:
Premium Seating is based on the date you purchase the ticket(s). When Premium Seating is an option, you will receive the best seat available, closest to
the stage or best viewing point (center). All ticket sales are final.

General Seating:
General Seating is also based on the date you purchase the ticket(s). All ticket sales are final.
