General Information

  • FREE Room Rental with the purchase of 25 or more guest meals purchased at Northern Lights Ballroom.
  • Room Rentals include set up, clean up, tables, chairs, cloth table linens, quality disposable dinnerware.
  • All food and beverage must be purchased through Northern Lights Ballroom.
  • A 15% Gratuity is added to all Food and Beverage so that we can staff your event.
  • A special occasion cake may be brought in as long as it is purchased from a licensed bakery. There is no extra charge for us to cut and plate the cake for you.
  • A sound system in place of D.J. music is available upon request for just $195.00.
  • A deposit of $250.00 for the private dining room or $750 for one ballroom and a signed contract is required to reserve the desired date and space for your special event. This payment will be applied to your food and beverage order.
