General Information

Count for food/beverage:

  • A final guest count must be given 14 days prior to your event, so we recommend either doing advanced ticket sales or RSVP’s. This number can increase up until the Monday prior to your event (but not decrease).
  • A meal is required for each person who attends

There is a payment to reserve the Ballroom along with a Booking Contract
*This payment will go right towards your food and beverage/credit to your account*

  • The payment is $125.00 to reserve the Private Dining Room *(Normally $250.00) and can seat up to 72 guest.
  • The payment is $375.00 if you would like to rent out One Ballroom (which can seat 75 up to 190 guests) *Normally $750.00
  • The payment is $750.00 if you would like to rent out Both Ballrooms (which can seat 225 up to 400 guests) *Normally $995.00

Room minimums are as follows:

  • To rent the Private Dining Room you must have at least 25 guest meals purchased
  • To rent One Ballroom you must have at least 75 guest meals purchased
  • To rent Both Ballrooms you must have at least 225 guest meals purchased

Final Balance
Due anytime between 14 day final count  up until day prior to your event
